We acknowledge our occupation of the land of Seattle’s first people, the Duwamish People past and present. We honor with gratitude the land itself and the Duwamish Tribe. We repent of the ways in which we, as Christians, benefit from the sin of Christian Nationalism and condemn it as a distortion of the Gospel of Jesus and a sin against God.
